IDVS Test Documents

The Interac Hub Verification service offers ID verification using government documents and live selfies via the Interac Document Verification Service (IDVS). There are two integration environments for Interac IDVS:

• Preprod: Used for development and testing activities
• Prod: Used for live production services for real customers

In order to perform testing of IDVS in both environments, integration partners are required to use real government IDs in either environment for positive testing.

The document scanning service used in both environments is production-grade and follows the same stringent controls and the document verification results for both environments will be identical.
