Setting up an Organization

When you first sign up with the Interac Developer Portal, you're prompted to create an Organization.

An Organization allows you to collaborate on your Projects with teammates. You can create as many Organizations as you need.

All the Projects within an Organization will be visible to all the members of your Organization.

You automatically become the Owner of any organization that you create. An Organization can only have one owner. You can transfer the ownership of an organization to another teammate at any time.

From the Organization page you can invite your teammates. If they do not yet have an account with the Interac Developer Portal, they'll be prompted to create one when accepting the invitation.

You can specify your teammate's role when creating the invite. You can change their role at any time.

• An Admin member has the same unlimited permissions on the organization as the Owner. They are only restricted from deleting the Organization.
• A Developer member only has access to the Projects. They are unable to modify the organization and its member list.
